Misc.  I pour the last 1/8 of the oil in cubies into a dregs container.  The red dolly on the right is from Northern Tools and I use it to carry three cubes at a time from one of my restaurants.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Finally, I installed a restaurant grade grease remover to clean up my wash water and to prevent any vegetable oil from clogging up the cities sewer system.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If I retrieve oil from a restaurant using my sucker tank when I return to my garage I fill the sucker tank with compressed air to force the oil back out.  I use a 600 micron filter bag from McMaster (Part# 5859K78) to filter out any large chunks.  In the photo below I’ve suspended the end of the hose from my sucker tank with the ball valve open over my 60 gallon conical tank.
